We are looking for a Live Casino Designer (Design Ops & Production) to create, develop, and maintain the visual identity of our live casino games. This role is focused on design for real live production, including game tables, UI, and on-screen graphics optimized for HD / 4K live streaming.︋️︋︂︅︁︍︍​︀︀︁︁​︁︁️︀​︉︆︋︋​︋︎︍︌︍︄︎︊︎︁︍︇

You will work closely with video production, streaming, IT, and game development teams, ensuring that all visual assets perform flawlessly in real studio conditions — on camera, under lights, and from multiple angles.

Requirements (Must-Have)

3-5+ years of experience in graphic, digital, or motion design (broadcast, streaming, or iGaming experience is a strong plus)

Portfolio required, showcasing relevant work such as:Game tables or layouts

• UI systems

• Broadcast overlays

• Motion or on-air graphics

Strong understanding of broadcast-safe design principles:

• Safe margins

• Legibility at distance

• Contrast and glare control

• Avoidance of camera moiré patterns

Familiarity with HD / 4K pipelines and deliverables, such as:

• Alpha channels

• Transparent overlays

• PNG sequences

Experience using Figma (or similar tools) for UI design workflows and handoff

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

• Photoshop

• Illustrator

• After Effects is a plus

High attention to detail and visual quality.

Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a live production environment.

Fluent English (business level, written and spoken).

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Design visual assets for live casino games, including:

• Game tables (layouts, felt graphics)

• Backgrounds and studio visuals

• UI elements and on-screen graphicsDevelop and adapt visual identities for different live game types (e.g. baccarat, roulette, etc.)

Create graphics for live broadcasts:

• Overlays

• Informational graphics

• Simple animations

Create and maintain a design system (colors, typography, icon set, UI components for tables and overlays).

Test designs on camera in the studio (different lenses, angles, and lighting conditions) and iterate for maximum readability.

Optimize designs for HD / 4K live streaming (contrast, legibility at distance, glare control)

Collaborate closely with production, streaming, IT, and game development teams to ensure proper implementation.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and technical broadcast specifications.

Prepare final design files for production and live streaming pipelines

Update, improve, and version existing visual assets

Coordinate with external vendors for physical assets when applicable:

• Table felt layouts

• Cut lines, bleed, and color proofs

• Material samples and production constraints Support localization needs:

• Multi-language graphics

• Dynamic text lengths and layout adjustments
