About the Role
We are looking for an experienced iGaming Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition in the dynamic and fast-growing iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with direct exposure to the iGaming sector. A deep understanding of the industry's talent landscape, including gaming
operations,
live casino.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding
Develop and
maintain
a strong pipeline of candidates with
expertise
in iGaming operations, including live casino, game development, and compliance.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure seamless recruitment processes.
Utilize
various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections, to attract top-tier candidates.
Build strong relationships within the iGaming community to stay updated on industry trends and talent movements.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and
provide
expert guidance on hiring decisions.
- Manage
employer
branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the iGaming sector.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
3-5 years of recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of iGaming operations, including live casino roles.
Proven
track record
of successfully
hiring for
mid-to-senior level roles in the iGaming space.
Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and industry databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
