The Goal

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market and content strategy across OpenBet’s full product portfolio.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, brand, and commercial storytelling. You’ll work closely with product owners, sales, and leadership teams and be responsible for defining and driving OpenBet’s product narrative across its full portfolio. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape how OpenBet’s products are positioned, understood, and adopted by global operators, regulators, and industry stakeholders, and translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives by building campaigns, collateral, and content that help demonstrate why OpenBet leads the industry.

This is a senior role with material impact on commercial outcomes, strategic positioning, and market perception. You will lead complex, cross-pillar initiatives, resolve non-routine problems, and act as a trusted advisor to product, commercial, and senior marketing leadership. You’ll bring creative energy, strategic clarity, and a deep understanding of B2B technology marketing, helping us communicate the value of what we build and the impact it delivers.

What you will be doingProduct strategy and impact

• Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy across OpenBet’s Bet, Trade, Transform, and Protect pillars, translating company strategy into executable, high-impact market narratives.
• Lead product positioning for strategically critical initiatives, including major platform launches, AI-driven capabilities, regulatory and compliance innovation, and large-scale operator deployments.
• Drive initiatives that deliver measurable impact on pipeline influence, product adoption, market differentiation, and customer confidence.

Stakeholder management

• Partner closely with senior product, commercial, and leadership stakeholders to shape go-to-market direction and strategic messaging.
• Influence internal teams to adopt best-practice positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks.
• Engage confidently with senior external stakeholders, including operator executives, partners, regulators, and media, representing OpenBet’s product expertise and strategic intent.

Communication and narrative ownership

• Lead the development of authoritative, insight-led content including white papers, flagship thought leadership, executive presentations, customer case studies, and complex product narratives.
• Translate highly technical, regulatory, and data-driven concepts into credible, commercially resonant stories tailored to senior audiences.
• Set the narrative direction for major industry moments, including flagship events (ICE, SBC etc), product launches, and strategic partnerships.

Innovation

• Identify and drive improvements in how OpenBet communicates product value, innovation, and differentiation.
• Tackle problems that are non-routine, loosely defined, and cross-disciplinary, requiring analysis, judgement and collaboration.
• Work effectively across regions and time zones, aligning global stakeholders behind a coherent product story.

Performance and optimisation

• Define success metrics for product marketing initiatives and apply insight-driven optimisation.
• Continuously refine messaging, content, and campaign effectiveness based on performance data, market feedback, and commercial outcomes.

The Player

• Extensive experience in B2B product marketing within technology, betting & gaming, or other highly regulated industries.
• Recognised depth of expertise in product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and narrative development.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong background in producing high-quality multi-channel, multi-format content and strategic marketing assets.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, commercial models, and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-impact work to demanding timescales.
• A confident presenter, who is comfortable presenting senior internal or external audiences.
• Experience in drafting and refining impactful and engaging press release copy
