About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Compliance Manager to ensure our products meet technical regulatory requirements across all active and target markets. This role focuses on providing oversight, managing compliance risks, supporting market expansion, and working closely with internal teams and regulators to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent oversight and assurance of technical compliance across the business, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements

  • Proactively research and interpret technical regulations for new and existing markets, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement compliant solutions

  • Conduct gap assessments and detailed technical compliance analyses in all jurisdictions where the company operates or plans to operate

  • Advise relevant departments and teams on the interpretation and implementation of technical regulations, standards, and requirements

  • Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., product development, legal, compliance) and external partners, including B2B suppliers

  • Ensure our products remain technically compliant across all active and target markets

  • Liaise with regulatory authorities on technical compliance matters, including the preparation of reports and official documentation as required

  • Continuously assess product compliance, operational risks, and compliance task scheduling, identifying risks or gaps, proposing corrective actions, and driving their execution

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in a Technical Compliance role within the iGaming industry is essential

  • Proven experience working in an ISO27001-compliant environment

  • Strong understanding of the iGaming business model (particularly B2B), industry standards, and regulatory best practices

  • Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong attention to detail, with a composed and patient approach to complex tasks

  • Highly pragmatic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset
