Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware.
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water.
Stock all food areas with necessary inventory.
Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
Comply fully with the company’s safety policies and procedures.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
