In addition to career development, this role includes all aspects of casino game maintenance, including but not limited to game preparation, installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and cosmetic fixes. Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of casino technician experience requred
Bench technician experience is a plus
Training in the repair of electrical and/or computer experience required
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be expected to work at least five days/nights per week and some weekend hours. A supervisor will prepare a work schedule for techs in advance. Please understand that we will have many occasions when installations and emergencies require additional hours beyond the standard work hours.
Specifically, this position is responsible for the following:
Preparation and installation of all gaming equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, conversions, set options, and repair games in a field environment
Maintain accurate inventory of all parts issued and used
Properly document repairs and follow a preventive maintenance schedule
Perform all tasks with little supervision
Troubleshoot problems for customers and other on-site technicians
Perform conversion projects
Successfully interface with customers on installations and service activities
Educate customers and players on basic game functionality
Ability to drive a 26-foot box truck and pass a Department of Transportation Physical examination, and drug test
