We're looking for a Slot Repair Technician to join our Video Gaming Devices team and keep our gaming floor running at peak performance. If you enjoy hands-on technical work, fast-paced environments, and making an immediate impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic gaming machines and PC-based components
Diagnose hardware issues including IO boards, video cards, hard drives, RAM, and operating systems
Respond to service calls on the gaming floor to minimize downtime
Perform slot machine moves, upgrades, and special projects
Track parts usage, repairs, and inventory with precision
Create repair and performance reports to support efficiency and ROI analysis
Safely use hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic testing devices
Maintain an organized, professional workshop
Follow all gaming regulations, internal controls, and safety procedures
Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
Enjoys diagnosing problems and finding smart, efficient solutions
Has strong electrical or electronic repair experience
Can read schematics and technical manuals with confidence
Is comfortable working independently and staying organized in a busy environment
Communicates clearly and professionally
Takes pride in precision, safety, and quality work
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical certification a plus)
3+ years of experience in an electrical or electronic repair field
Experience using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, circuit analyzers, and safety analyzers
Working knowledge of soldering tools and electronic testing equipment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License
Physical & Work Environment
Active role requiring standing, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with heavier equipment
Casino environment with background noise, lighting variation, and indoor smoking
