Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures a complete understanding of and adheres to policies within the Employee Handbook, Department’s Operational Manual and Gaming Regulations.
- Attends training, inclusive of AU Trainings, and meetings to ensure proper skills necessary to perform duties.
- Maintains a sound knowledge of the company’s facilities and related services.
- Ensures a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s fire and safety procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of information received at all times.
- Ensures that every guest encountered experiences our warm and friendly Bahamian culture and achieve a minimum of 80% ASAP observation scores.
- Solicits and captures all relevant information (telephone number, date of birth and e-mail) of Slot Players through sign-ups.
- Ensures the continuous operation of slot machines and proper functioning of devices such as radios and hand helds at all times.
- Routinely rotates assigned zones and observes the action of players and functioning of machines. Assist guests and/or alert Supervisor of any malfunction.
- Ensures every guest who signs up for the Free Daily Slot Tournaments experience a fun-filled and positive atmosphere.
- Ensures monthly quota is met relative to the mobile New Member Enrollment program.
- Assist in issuing players’ cards to new and existing guests.
- Answers attendants/service light on the slot machines promptly.
- Determines problems with machine, whenever possible before opening machine.
- Completes “M.E.A.L.” card each time a machine is opened (see operational manual for procedures.)
- Ensures that the assigned ACSC System Access Card is properly inserted into the card reader and registered with the system before opening the slot machine door.
- Follows proper procedures at Security Desk when obtaining and returning Slot Keys.
- Assists novice players in understanding how to play various slot machine games.
- Ensures Jackpots are completed within the designated time limit. (See Slot Operations Manual for details)
- Performs other reasonable duties as may be requested by Management. *The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you will be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.*Required Qualifications: Ability to obtain a Gaming Board License for the Casino Slot operations experience Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of the computer Minimum of a high school diploma Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
