Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors assigned work area while attending to guest’s needs including helping to process jackpot payments, addressing ticket fills and jams, clears printer out of paper errors and minor game level issues, providing comfortable experience for guests by answering basic property questions, provide information regarding restaurants and entertainment for the guests
Provide guests with Genting Reward information and solicits new membership
Consistently circulates through assigned section and responds to slot machine service call lights in a timely manner while making sure that your assigned area is clear of trash and debris and all chairs are neatly and uniformly placed
Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with repeat guests to the property as well as markets and recruits new guests to the property
Researches and resolves guest issues effectively and professionally
Greet guests, answers questions and is an informational resource regarding guest inquiries
Can effectively communicate on a handheld radio
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests as well as other employees and adheres to the customer service standard of the department and organization
Complete all necessary paperwork neatly and accurately
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old, with high school diploma or equivalent
Possess basic math skills
Must be able to provide outstanding customer service with strong communication skills and ability to understand and get along with others
Ability to obtain appropriate license
