Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate CRM campaign configurations, including bonuses, free spins, cashbacks, and loyalty rewards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to promotional guidelines.
Conduct end-to-end testing of promotional mechanics, segmentation rules, and automated workflows to confirm seamless execution.
Perform testing on CRM-related campaigns before deployment.
Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, bugs, or issues, collaborating with CRM and development teams to resolve them efficiently.
Verify that all promotional content, terms & conditions, and customer-facing materials are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Test player journeys and communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to ensure correct targeting, delivery, and personalization.
Maintain comprehensive test cases, QA checklists, and documentation for future reference and continuous improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to refine campaign execution processes and enhance overall quality assurance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and jurisdictional regulations.
Monitor live campaigns post-launch to detect any issues and provide feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in a QA role, preferably in iGaming, online casinos, or digital marketing is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, campaign management platforms, and test automation tools is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously test and validate complex promotional setups.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally.
Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of iGaming compliance, responsible gaming, and data privacy regulations.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
