Problem Gambling Therapist / Counselor - Part Time - Evenings
Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PASchedule: Flexible evening hours (ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental income)Pay: $30–$35 per hour (higher rates available for fully licensed LPC or LCSW)

High Focus Centers will pay for the training and certification required to obtain the Pennsylvania Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling (CCPG).
Whether you already have experience or want to build expertise in gambling disorder treatment, this role provides a supported pathway into a growing and highly needed clinical specialty.
About High Focus Centers
High Focus Centers in Pottstown provides outpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. Our programs emphasize evidence-based care, individualized treatment, and strong therapeutic relationships to support lasting recovery.
We are seeking a part-time therapist to primarily provide individual counseling to clients working through addiction and gambling-related concerns.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual counseling sessions to support recovery and behavior change
Maintain an ongoing outpatient caseload during evening hours
Conduct clinical assessments and determine treatment needs
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Coordinate care with treatment teams and referral sources as appropriate
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Support ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum (required).
Certification: Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling preferred.
Experience: Prior experience providing addiction treatment required; experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred.
