Poker Dealer

This position is for a professional Poker Dealer who will work under direct supervision to facilitate poker games. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a fun and engaging atmosphere for players while handling cards, chips, and currency with accuracy and care. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests, assisting them with gameplay and ensuring all rules are followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing for all poker games.

• Maintain constant inspection of decks and gaming equipment to always ensure the security of the game.

• Conduct financial transactions by exchanging guest currency for gaming chips.

• Ensure the safety and security of all chips and currency entrusted to you.

• Assist guests with gameplay and ensure strict adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures.

• Collaborate with co-workers and management to maintain a cohesive and professional gaming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of six months of relevant experience is required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Successful completion of training in a certified Gaming Academy (such as CNE Gaming Academy) is required.

• Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.

• Proven ability to maintain a close working relationship with co-workers and management.
