We are seeking a proactive Payment Partnerships Specialist to manage and support relationships with payment service providers, acquirers, and alternative payment method providers within the iGaming industry. The role focuses on payment partner communication, onboarding, configuration, and performance monitoring to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient payment operations across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with PSPs, acquirers, and alternative payment method providers to request commercial offers, pricing, and technical documentation

  • Assist in negotiating commercial terms, transaction fees, limits, settlement schedules, and contractual conditions

  • Support onboarding of new payment providers and coordinate technical integrations with internal development and product teams

  • Configure and maintain merchant payment settings, including enabled payment methods and currencies, transaction limits and fees, and basic routing or fallback rules

  • Support merchant onboarding and ensure payment methods are correctly configured, tested, and activated

  • Monitor payment performance metrics such as approval rates, declines, refunds, and chargebacks, and report issues when needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to payment providers, merchant configurations, and internal processes

  • Ensure payment setups comply with PSP requirements, internal risk policies, regulatory standards, and iGaming compliance guidelines

  • Support expansion initiatives by researching new payment methods, local payment solutions, and providers relevant to target markets

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in payments, partnerships, or payment operations roles

  • Strong understanding of online payment processing, PSP integrations, and merchant acquiring

  • Advanced English and Russian language skills (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal teams

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple providers, merchants, and integrations in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with multiple PSPs and alternative payment methods across different regions

  • Familiarity with chargeback management, fraud prevention, and risk rules in iGaming

  • Experience supporting international payment expansion and new market launches
