Experience supervising employees, providing performance feedback, managing workload distribution, and supporting employee development.
Deep regulatory expertise and practical knowledge of risk-based regulatory approaches for iGaming or similarly regulated digital industries.

Assets include:
Experience with iGaming compliance planning, assurance, enforcement and sport/event betting programs.
Familiarity with gaming mathematics, game design, and equipment architecture.
Experience collaborating with peer regulators (e.g. Ontario, UK, Malta, Nevada, New Jersey) and industry standards bodies (e.g., International Gaming Standards Association, Canadian Gaming Association, Canadian Association of Gaming Regulatory Agencies) to advance shared regulatory goals.
