ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and offer assistance when needed
- Suggestive sell complementary items and items on promo
- Tell customers about the benefits of the Star Saver program
- Operate the cash register, lottery, money order, and other electronic equipment in an efficient manner to ensure speedy service is given
- Stock coolers, fill fountain/coffee equipment with product, rotate/restock shelves
- Bag ice
- Empty trash, inside and outside
- Clean restrooms to Royal Restroom standards
- Wipe counters, doors, sweep and mop floors/mats as needed
- Follow proper check-in procedures to accept deliveries from vendors
- Complete shift duty assignments
- Contribute to a positive atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and being a team player who works accurately and exhibits professionalism in the work place.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work any area of the c-store when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Must have a passion for customer service while exhibiting exceptional people skills and a desire to excel!
