Our Idea of you

• Strong analytical thinking
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to educate yourself on betting strategies and how to detect them
• Time flexibility (shift work + weekends)
• Communication in English with clients on a daily basis, at least B1 level
• Sense of fair play and integrity
• Knowledge of betting odds/probability and experience in trading or betting are an advantage

Your Position on the Board

• We are offering an exciting opportunity for our traders to expand their careers within Oddin by moving into the Risk Department. If you're driven by data analysis, strategic thinking, and a desire to make impactful decisions, this could be the next step in your journey.
• In this role, you'll leverage your expertise by utilizing modern BI tools, analyzing bettor behavior, and monitoring suspicious betting activities to help ensure the integrity of esports matches.
• Your daily tasks will also involve proactive communication with our clients and close collaboration with the trading team to drive optimal outcomes.
• As a Risk Analyst, your keen analytical skills will play a crucial role in preventing fraud and collusion, reinforcing trust with clients, and contributing to the fair play standards of the esports industry.
