Who we’re looking for:

*We’re seeking a *Junior Casino Specialist *who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow into the world of online casino operations. You don’t need prior casino management experience – we’ll train and guide you. If you have experience in customer service, administration, or operations, and you enjoy analyzing data, working with games, or collaborating with different teams, this role is for you.*Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring game performance and ensuring a smooth player experience

• Help manage and update the casino’s game portfolio

• Support relationships with game providers and assist in promotions and exclusive releases

• Assist in analyzing game data and reporting on performance

• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to improve the games lobby and support new game launches

• Support marketing and CRM teams in running promotions, tournaments, and player engagement activities

• Observe industry trends and competitor activity to help improve our offerings

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, customer service, or a related field

• Interest in gaming, online entertainment, or data-driven operations

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English
