The Sportsbook Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our sportsbook in compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations. You assist customers with establishing a mobile account, process wagers, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and answer questions. You deliver exceptional customer service, supervise betting activity, supervise staff performance, and support the overall success of the sportsbook operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1+ years in a supervisory role within a casino required.
• Work experience in the sports betting industry preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada gaming license.
• In-depth understanding of various sports and betting types (parlays, teasers, in-play, etc.) is helpful.
• Knowledge of Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness and capability to learn new technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, an 8+ hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be able to lift independently up to 25 lbs.
• Work in a casino environment exposed to dust and smoke.
• Ability to travel to other sportsbook locations as needed.
