Overview: This role is responsible for the generation of increased revenue across the Games Global customer base. This includes maximising revenues from existing customers. The role also exists to continually review business development opportunities and manage customers in the most effective way possible

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of SPMs / PMs to achieve and exceed revenue target delivery, sharing knowledge and developing operational plans to support and track these targets
  • Accountable for team performance as well as delivering and exceeding personal targets
  • Monitor target progress, evaluate gaps, put strategies in place to ensure deadlines are met and keep internal stakeholders updated
  • Promotes and champions company values across all departments that the role interacts with
  • Solid understanding of commercial implications when entering into, sometimes complex, negotiations and the ability to execute them without support
  • Supports team with negotiations and ROI
  • ROI positive, with a deep understanding of our customers businesses and industry as a whole
  • Establishes operational objectives/plans and delegates to the team with overall management of day-to-day operations
  • Define strategic levers at operator level, market and group level
  • Support the team to identify and prioritise strategic levers
  • Strategic planning and coordination with Revenue Director to agree consensus for prioritization of delivery from internal stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities and building/executing strategies to deliver revenue growth from existing customers and new customers across all markets.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for customers, developing long term strategic relationships (both commercial and product related)
  • Mentoring and training Senior Partnership Managers and Partnership Managers in complex commercial, regulatory and legal matters.
  • Be responsible for winning and retaining customers.
  • Responsible for financial performance tracking, budgeting and forecasting
  • Preparing business plans, reports and statistics as required.
  • Maintaining working knowledge of competitors and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of managing a high performing team
  • Experience in complex commercial negotiations
  • Deep understanding of the egaming industry
  • Live casino expert
  • Previous experience working in a target driven environment
  • Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting key markets, both existing and near horizon.
  • Proven track record of creating and building on personal relationships.
  • Proven team management capabilities.
  • Analytical with the ability to think strategically.
  • Possess an extensive network of senior decision makers throughout the iGaming industry, including business owners, C-Level executives, Operator Casino Managers, industry service providers and regulators.
  • An in-depth understanding of the online casino product, commercial, regulatory and jurisdictional landscape.
