Overview: A senior leader in the Revenue function, this role is accountable for Jackpot sales and strategy, forecast and revenue delivery across the portfolio of jackpot products. In addition to day-to day management of or influencing wider Revenue teams, guiding direct reports on day to day operational commercial matters, the Head of Jackpot Performance is accountable for maximizing revenue generation across all internal studios; identifying optimum strategy for studio growth, and ensuring implementation.

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Build and deliver a comprehensive commercial strategy across Games Global’s Jackpot suite to achieve jackpot revenue target.
  • Work closely with Partnership and Business Development Management functions to deliver commercial strategy.
  • Define jackpot game release playboook and ensure execution of optimal game launches through Business Development Management conformity.
  • Hit KPIs across new game releases on new jackpot content including but not limited to coverage, player number and lobby position.
  • Maintain and grow executive level contacts at key customers to ensure Games Global jackpots intrinsic to operator strategies.
  • Support the Games Strategy Team with development of the jackpot strategy.
  • Interrogate KPIs, commercials and market intelligence to inform performance trajectory and consequently define commercial priorities.
  • Create specific jackpot commercial plans tailored to optimize performance with existing operators.
  • Create specific jackpot commercial plans for the roll out of new jackpot products, or existing jackpots in new markets.
  • Close gaps with operators live on the Games Global jackpot network but where there are gaps in jackpot product type (Mega Moolah, WOWPot, King Millions, LotsALoot etc).
  • Identify opportunities, close and onboard operators not currently live with Games Global jackpot products. and implement strategies to onboard operators without live progressives.
  • Define data-backed sales narrative on the USP of Games Global’s jackpot suite, train Revenue function and maintain internal and external Sales documentation.
  • Engage with Head of Markets, Progressives & Projects, Head of Market Game Performance, and Heads of Studios to consult on the content roadmap formation and its commercial implementation.
  • Act as the key conduit to senior stakeholders across Games Global on Jackpot sales, including but not limited to CXO and Director level.
  • Regularly update the business on performance including developing message and managing data collection for monthly performance report across slots to CXO level.
  • Stakeholder and key conduit to BI, Customer Experience, HR, Legal, Marketing and Revenue departments ensuring delivery of studio objectives working with central teams.
  • An ability to travel on a regular basis to represent Studio(s) at industry events and, where required, for necessary meetings with internationally based key customers.

  • Strong and analyzing and interrogating data
  • Experienced at presenting and reporting with an ability to define a narrative for performance and strategy
  • Project management proficiency
  • Genuine interest and passion for gaming products
  • Fluent in English, additional languages desirable
  • A motivated and driven role model maintaining the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally
  • At least five years’ experience within the gambling industry or in a leadership role
  • Ability to understand technical process and apply to commercial actions
  • Awareness of legal requirements and apply to commercial actions
