seeking a Head of Affiliate Engagement, a strategic, relationship-driven professional passionate about connecting with key affiliate partners, understanding their business needs, and maximizing opportunities across our ecosystem of events, media, and partnerships.

Role Overview

The

Head of Affiliate Engagement

is responsible for

building, nurturing, and maximizing relationships with key affiliates in the iGaming industry. This role ensures affiliates are fully engaged with

NEXT.io ,

attending events,

participating

in commercial and content activities, and contributing to revenue growth.

This is a

commercial and relationship role

, requiring a mix of strategic communication, business understanding, and the ability to influence senior affiliate stakeholders. The person will act as the

face of NEXT.io

for affiliates, ensuring mutual value creation across all touchpoints, from event participation to long-term agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate accounts across all markets.

  • Ensure affiliate participation in NEXT.io events, securing attendance, speaking, fostering engagement, and maximizing value for both parties.

  • Manage, secure and expand our affiliate network, including onboarding, performance tracking, and payout coordination.

  • Act as a bridge between affiliates and internal teams (Sales, Events, Marketing, Media, and Finance).

  • Introduce affiliates to key suppliers and act as a connector within the ecosystem.

  • Map out the affiliate ecosystem, identify new affiliate opportunities, initiate contact, and convert into deals.

  • Oversee product development and optimisation of the affiliate network

  • As part of the commercial aspect of the affiliate network, you will be entrusted and responsible for referring affiliates into the network and on-going support and customer management.

  • Ensure all affiliate interactions are recorded and tracked in the CRM for visibility and performance reporting.

  • Represent NEXT.io at industry events and networking functions, strengthening brand relationships.

  • Report monthly on affiliate engagement metrics, attendance conversions, and revenue share performance.

Must-Haves

Industry & Relationship Experience

  • Strong experience within the iGaming or betting industry, ideally dealing directly with affiliates.

  • Proven ability to build and manage senior-level relationships with affiliates (CMOs, Affiliate Directors, Partnership Managers, etc.).

  • Experience in commercial negotiation and deal management.

  • Understanding of affiliate business models.

Commercial & Strategic Skills

  • Experience managing revenue share or commercial partnership agreements.

  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data, revenue metrics, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering tangible value and outcomes.

Organisational & Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple relationships and follow-ups simultaneously.

  • Collaborative team player with strong internal coordination skills across departments.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and confident in representing NEXT.io externally.

Tools & Systems

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage relationship data.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.

Good-to-Haves

Prior experience in:

  • Event or event operations, especially around guest acquisition or VIP relationship management.

  • Managing commercial or partnership pipelines within an iGaming business.

  • Contract negotiation or managing financial settlements (e.g., revenue share payouts).

  • Exposure to international markets (Europe, LatAm, Africa, etc.).
