Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Laravel and Vue.js to join our team. You'll be working on an innovative networking application that connects professionals at exhibitions and events, featuring profile matching and real-time messaging capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Laravel and Vue.js

• Develop responsive user interfaces for profile management, chat functionality, meeting scheduling etc.

• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Troubleshoot development issues and provide scalable solutions

• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive code documentation

• Be responsible for product quality by optimizing, refactoring and re-implementing legacy applications

Requirements:

• Backend Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience in Object-Oriented PHP with strong Laravel framework knowledge

• Frontend Proficiency: 3+ years of experience with Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Real-time Communication: Hands-on experience with WebSockets, real-time messaging systems, and event-driven architecture

• Caching & Performance: Practical experience with Redis for caching, session management, and pub/sub patterns

• API Development: Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

• Database Management: Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization

• Version Control: Experience with Git workflows and collaborative development practices

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Would be beneficial

• Experience with recommendation algorithms, matching systems, or social networking features. Previous work on dating apps, social platforms, or professional networking tools

• Familiarity with event management or booking systems

• Knowledge of payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal)

• Understanding of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations

• Experience with Docker containerization and deployment automation

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, Cypress)
