Incredible Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our casino Slot Technician team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with experience in electronic gaming equipment who enjoys working in the field, supporting casino customers, and solving technical challenges.

As a Field Service Technician, you will install, service, and maintain IT gaming systems at casino properties while ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily within IL, IN, KY, WI, IA, MO, MN, and MI, with occasional nationwide travel

What You’ll Do

  • Install, maintain, upgrade, convert, and remove slot machines, bases, and overhead signage.

  • Perform component- and circuit-level troubleshooting of electronic gaming equipment.

  • Configure game options and perform hardware, firmware, and system interface testing.

  • Provide on-site training and technical support to casino personnel.

  • Work with compliance officers and adapt to jurisdictional gaming requirements.

  • Conduct scheduled and preventative maintenance within assigned territories.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely via phone or email.

  • Document all service and installation activities using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

  • Maintain accurate parts inventory and submit required inventory reports.

  • Complete daily and weekly technician summaries.

  • Communicate project completion and service updates to internal teams.


What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in electronics or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic equipment.

  • Strong understanding of AC/DC electrical fundamentals.

  • Experience troubleshooting to the component and circuit level.

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.


Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Must reside in the Midwest area or be willing to relocate.

  • Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily within IL, IN, KY, WI, IA, MO, MN, and MI, with occasional nationwide travel.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and travel-driven schedules.

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. independently and up to 250 lbs. with a two-person team.

  • Available to travel on short notice, including extended trips.
