Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at Traditions Hospitality Group, you’ll lead our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across two full-service restaurants. From menu and specials development to kitchen leadership, you’ll ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the culinary team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Oversee culinary operations for two full-service restaurants.

• Work with leadership to develop menus and features/specials with a focus on quality, creativity, and profitability.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control.

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic culinary initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.

• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary management or related field.

• Steakhouse experience preferred.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with dress code standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven track record of team development and motivation.

• Knowledge of culinary trends and industry best practices.

• Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift

Working Conditions:

• The work environment may involve exposure to smoke, with the intensity varying based on the specific location of the establishment.
