Executive Casino Host

The Executive Casino Host is responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract and host mid- to high-limit players to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.  Knows and ensures adherence to department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations. Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

• Maintains relationships and markets our gaming product and amenities to valued guests.

• Greets Casino guests and participates in social events and special promotions.

• Tracks guest’s visits, arranges accommodations, and provides complimentaries according to established guidelines.

• Issues Player’s Services cards and promotes the program and related promotions.

• Increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted guest base.

• Updates guest history for future visits.

• Ensures the protection of guest’s rewards and credit lines.

• Effectively handles guest complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.

• Provides special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and Player’s Club programs.

• Ensures the highest level of Customer Service is given to guests at all times.

• Sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits.

• Increases player core revenue by personal networking and telemarketing.

• Regularly reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

• Maintains a high profile at VIP events, constant presence to all players at appropriate times.

• May represent the Company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and Company sponsored events both on and off property.

• Attends all necessary meeting.

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information.

• Keeps informed of competitive promotions.

• Performs other tasks as assigned.
