Key responsibilities:
Own and execute the full Employer Branding strategy across all relevant company markets, ensuring strong and consistent positioning aligned with Betty’s values
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, the wider People & Culture, Marketing and Leadership teams to translate business needs into impactful EB initiatives and storytelling
Develop and manage internal communication frameworks that keep our team members informed, engaged, and aligned with company values and priorities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver global internal (like town-halls) & external career events (virtual and on-site) including such as industry meetups, webinars, and participation in conferences
Create and maintain content pipelines for social media, careers pages, campaigns, internal channels and EB-related materials
Monitor employer brand performance across platforms and communities, identify opportunities for visibility, and proactively recommend improvements
Support talent attraction by building brand awareness in relevant communities, channels, and talent networks
Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across internal and external communications
Thrive in a scale-up environment and take ownership of projects end-to-end
Requirements:
Proven experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, or a related Talent/Marketing field
Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and platforms
Experience in planning and executing corporate or community events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills & willingness to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams
Solid organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Results-oriented professional with ownership mentality and a drive to deliver high-quality outputs
Open to feedback, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced scaling environment
Previous experience in the igaming industry would be a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
