Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair any machine that goes down during shift

• Ensures the security and the reliability of the gaming devices

• Performs regular maintenance on the machine as time permits

• Keeps a current log of work performed

• Explain and promote functions of any machine in the casino when questioned by guests or fellow team members

• Must abide by all departmental and casino policies and procedures complies with Tribal, State and Federal Gaming standards

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to learn new technology

• 6 months experience or work-related experience

• Work hours needed including on-call

• Able to perform moderate amounts of lifting and repeated bending and twisting

• Must have good communication skills; both verbal and written

• Must obtain a key gaming license upon hire
