SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing an effective casino marketing, entertainment and player development program at Primm Valley Resorts. Conceptualizes and implements a viable marketing program geared towards generating repeat high-end play with existing customers and establish/retain new premium customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with both property and corporate Marketing personnel to develop the Casino Events Calendar, A-Play and Retail promotions
Develops promotions to improve trip frequency, increase new player enrollments and casino revenues
Develop the annual marketing budget and monitor and analyze department expenses monthly
Create mailing, emailing, and telemarketing lists using customer database
Use in-house player tracking system to analyze data and formulate strategic plans based on this data
Negotiate media buys and advertising placement
Leverage advertising dollar to maximize value. Identify marketing opportunities and promotions that will support the property’s marketing plan.
Establish contacts and relationships with both local and out of market media representatives
Identify digital advertising opportunities to maximize property exposure
Responsible for gaming floor/arena operations of all music and entertainment on property
Ensures that the operations team has the necessary training, tools, and resources to accomplish their goals and fulfill their on floor responsibilities i.e. promotion and players club information to liaison with guests
Develops and maintains all departmental budgets. Responsible for all departmental P & L performances metrics
Providing leadership, management, and direction for the Casino Marketing teams.
Develop, cultivate and grow the casino database by interacting with customers, developing player relationships by actively engaging in one on one player marketing
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all Marketing employees and managers.
Hires, discipline, coach and term.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA Degree in Marketing and 5 years’ progress Marketing Management experience in a Casino environment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a NV Gaming License
Valid Driver License
Alcohol Awareness Card
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have high level computer skills with experience in excel.
