The Role

As a Customer Support Agent (Night Shift) , you will represent one or several of our brands, acting as the first point of contact for our players across global time zones. This night shift role requires an all-in mentality—ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment. You will support customers via email and live chat, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure that feedback and player insights are actioned effectively. You’ll be a core part of a team that strives to elevate customer experience even during off-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of customer support during night hours.

  • Escalate and follow up on issues with relevant departments (Fraud, AML, Tech, etc.).

  • Capture and share recurring customer feedback with management.

  • Promote our products and values in all customer interactions.

  • Maintain a strong, professional working relationship with colleagues and partners.

  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer-facing experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.

  • Fluent in English (native level or C2 proficiency).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, resilient, and able to work independently at night.

  • Tech-savvy (Zendesk experience is a plus).

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset.
