Purpose of the department:

Ensure regulatory compliance, provide an excellent service experience to our Patrons while processing all cash transactions taking place at the Player Services / Casino cage, and provide all services to our Players Club Members.

Reporting line:

The Player Services Representative reports to Players Service Supervisor reports to the Player Services Assistant Manager.

Job Profile:

The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests and Team members in a courteous, accurate and timely manner. Maintain accurate transaction for auditable balancing practices.

Education, technical knowledge, and skills:

High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment.

Associated degree in Related field required.

Hospitality or customer service /guests service industry experience (Hotel, Restaurant, Casino, etc.)

General Competencies/ Personality Profile:

Must be a very trustworthy person with good mathematical and computer skills, have the ability and willingness to learn new technologies in line with the job. Must be dependable and willing to work flexible hours and able to handle stressful situations. Must be analytical and eager to always be motivated and inspired and be customer oriented and prioritize customer needs, this in a healthy clean, safe and hazard free work environment. Must be self-motivated, detail orientated and able to work successfully with minimum supervision.
