ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implements approved training plans and programs, coordinating and delivering training through a variety of methods including classroom instruction, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and meetings.

  • Provides operational feedback to help identify training needs and supports the evaluation of training effectiveness.

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.

  • Assists with payroll documentation and supports payroll processing in accordance with established review and approval procedures.

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for trainers, coordinating workloads, training schedules, and delivery activities.

  • Addresses routine issues and escalates conflicts or exceptions as appropriate.

  • Provides support for Casino Operations projects related to training and onboarding, as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School graduate; some college preferred.

  • 3+ years of training experience in a customer service driven environment.

  • 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience; casino setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of casino operations is preferred.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.

  • Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.

  • Clear fingerprinting/background check.
