ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements approved training plans and programs, coordinating and delivering training through a variety of methods including classroom instruction, demonstrations, on-the-job training, and meetings.
Provides operational feedback to help identify training needs and supports the evaluation of training effectiveness.
Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
Assists with payroll documentation and supports payroll processing in accordance with established review and approval procedures.
Serves as the primary point of contact for trainers, coordinating workloads, training schedules, and delivery activities.
Addresses routine issues and escalates conflicts or exceptions as appropriate.
Provides support for Casino Operations projects related to training and onboarding, as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School graduate; some college preferred.
3+ years of training experience in a customer service driven environment.
3+ years of supervisory or lead experience; casino setting preferred.
Knowledge of casino operations is preferred.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
Clear fingerprinting/background check.
