A taste of what you’ll do
As the Casino Coordinator, Compliance you will play a critical role within our Games Team , ensuring our industry-leading portfolio of casino games remains fully compliant and certified across all regulated markets where we operate. You will be the dedicated owner of compliance evidence management (certifications, re-certifications, references, and jurisdiction-specific documentation) enabling smooth, fast game releases without regulatory risk. Working closely with Compliance, Legal, CRM, Development, Project Management, Customer Support teams and Providers, you will be the go-to expert for ensuring every game meet market requirement before launch.
Ensuring all regulatory documents are in place and up to date (game certifications, re-certifications, market specific documentation)
Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related queries from internal teams (Legal, Product, Development, Customer Support, etc.) and external providers.
Proactively identify and resolve compliance gaps, expired certifications, and evidence inconsistencies to prevent regulatory risks.
Track, monitor, and maintain audit-ready compliance evidence across multiple regulated markets.
Drive process improvements and documentation to scale compliance activities sustainably.
Prepare and present market-specific compliance reports for internal and regulatory use.
Exercise authority to halt releases if compliance evidence is missing or inadequate.
Collaborate with Developers and Project teams to test games in production, ensuring regulatory requirements are met prior to release.
Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to your role as Casino Coordinator, Compliance.
Who and what we are after?
Minimum 1 year experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in a similar role or in casino operations roles.
Good understanding of casino games and regulatory certification processes.
Experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance, preferably including UKGC, SGA, DGA, DJOG, AGCO, MGA markets.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage high volumes of compliance evidence and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to liaise effectively across teams and with external providers.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on deadline-driven projects.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to risk mitigation.
Proficiency with compliance management tools, spreadsheets, and project tracking software is a plus.
Ability to work in a team, meanwhile being able to work independently, taking ownership of their allocated task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
