Purpose of the Department:

Maintain a positive entertainment environment for all guests and co-workers while preparing beverage orders from guests or Beverage Servers. Motivate and Inspire your Team Members. Always be on Time. Job Profile:

Maintain waste control and control at the bar. (Clean Bar). Operate all Bar Equipment. (BERG-COCA COLA). Comply with any reasonable request by Management (group). Regular check the bulletin board for information. Boss system procedures. Pouring, dysfunctional. Refer to the EXPECTATION GUIDE for further responsibilities, general policies, procedures, and benefits.

Education, technical knowledge, and skills

: Bartender years of experience (2 Years) and or EPB, Sector Hotelier.

Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have a valid Certificate of good conduct.

Languages: English in writing and speaking should be fluent.

Required second language can be either Dutch, Spanish or Papiamento.

Team Member Competencies

Enforce employee Expectation Guide rules and regulations.                                                                                                        Receive Beverage orders from the BOSS SYTEM and prepare the drinks with proper portions and ingredients within the 15 min. qualification. Spoil or dysfunctional, needs to be listed on the drink sheet. Prepare mixed drinks in accordance with recipe copies and dispensing systems. 1OZ PER SHOT. All extra premium shots need to request a backup from Supervisor/Manager on duty. Take beverage orders and follow procedures when recording sales. Serve guests and Beverage Servers within established limits. 15 min. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation requirements in serving-and work areas, during operation hours. Maintain inventory of beverages and supplies maintained at the bar. Check Bar Stock during operation and notify when needed. Adhere to all regulatory, department and Casino policies and procedures. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Willingness to learn about new technologies and new product lines.
