Bench Technician I

Summary

Under direct supervision of the Bench Tech Supervisor, trouble-shoots, repairs and maintains video gaming machines as well as components, peripherals and the player tracking system used in the machines. Installs, removes or moves machines on casino floor using a hand truck as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals of gaming machines.

• Under supervision repairs and modifies components, electric systems and peripherals of the gaming machines.

• Under supervision, configures video gaming machines to meet manufacturers and regulatory agency specifications.

• Removes, moves, installs and/or upgrades slot machines

• Complies with internal controls, policies and procedures as they pertain to this position.

• Assists customers with questions or game instructions as requested.

• Monitors and tracks the video gaming machine malfunctions, the cause and the parts involved.

• Maintains a good communication with co-workers and maintains a positive and professional work environment.

• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.

• Takes direction from level II and level III Bench Technicians.

• Performs other duties as required.
