Who WE are looking for:

The ideal candidate for a casino bartender is energetic, personable, and skilled in mixing a wide variety of drinks. They should be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with customers. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink pairings, and alcohol regulations is important. Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance.  Prior bartending experience, particularly in a casino or similar setting, is preferred.

What is expected of YOU:

As a member of our team, you'll greet and serve guests warmly while ensuring prompt and accurate beverage service. You'll need to know our selection of beverages and mix drinks according to standard recipes. Keeping the bar clean and well-stocked with ice is essential. Operating the cash register and handling transactions with precision are part of the role. It's important to never serve two drinks simultaneously to one person and to stay vigilant for signs of intoxication, following care training guidelines. Additional duties as assigned by management will support our commitment to guest satisfaction and smooth operations

Experience YOU will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes

• Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes or customer preferences

• Experience with cash registers, POS systems, and managing tabs

• Keep the bar area clean and organized, restock supplies as needed

• Ability to thrive in a demanding casino environment

• Capability to handle high-volume and stressful situations with composure

• Excellent communication skills for providing exceptional guest service

• Minimum of 18 months of related experience required

Physical Requirements:

• Capability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 - 30 pounds

• Endurance to walk and stand throughout assigned shifts

• Comfortable with exposure to:

• Smoke

• Bright lights

• Noise typical of a casino setting

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range:

• $11.40-$18 + Tips
