What you will do?:

• Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach
• Oversee day-to-day bar management
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions

More about you:

• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
• Previous experience in supervising or managing a bar
• Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
• Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
• Experience with HACCP requirements
• Be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays across a 7 day roster
