POSITION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervises the personnel on assigned shift under the general supervision, guidance and instruction from the Security Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Has the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions.
Assigns duties and responsibilities to staff
Understands and enforces all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the Department
Keeps staff informed of promotions and events, changes to Policy & Procedures and other necessary information.
Informs Security Manager of shift activity by maintaining operational and employee records
Makes recommendations regarding personnel issues to the Department Manager.
Assists staff with job duties and responsibilities, as necessary
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
Performs other duties as assigned.
